We take care of each other's children for free. We love them and play and bake cookies and dance; we teach them to be kind.
We support each other through illness, through floods, through new babies; we bring food and clean each other's houses in times of desperation. We very, very often bring coffee.
We've created our own money, Trader Tokens, and we pay each other 4 tokens for one hour with one kid. We announce a need , one of us is home and can watch them then, we drop our kids at that mom's house. That's it.
